Megaman X Rush To Battle translated guide and tips
The "How to bust" guide... :p
First of all...
All the commands here are for characters that are facing the right direction. So if they're facing the left direction, just inverse all the commands, and the power will work again ^^ (it's necessary to precise just that... some people may not know in this world.. :p) IMPORTANT NOTE : If you don't see any arrow for the commands on this page, then you might not have the "Wingdings 3" font. You have to download it in order to see the arrows. Try this link.
Basic Commands for all characters
- "": The character dash in the left direction.
- !!: The character dash in the right direction (no, are you sure about that ?).
Note : Some characters can dash in air, or make another jump in any direction by double taping an arrow in the same direction. (try, $$, ##for example)
- $#: the character make a huge jump in air (quite useless...)
- $&, $%: the character make a huge jump in the direction of the last arrow, useful to jump fast on the enemy when he's far from you.
Power jauge and Overdrive
Each special power/shot needs an certain amount of Energy, Energy that you regenerate over time shown at the bottom of the screen. Be careful, as if you do too much special attacks, that sometimes they wont work because of lack of energy.
The "Overdrive" status means that you have all the energy you can stock in the character's body. That means you can do the most powerful special move of that character. This special moves is triggered by the same movements : $'!" + A Be careful, thought, as it consumes all your energy and you may not be able to counter attack with any special power for a little time. Damages and attacks from special overdrive attack are different for each characters (shown at the bottom of this page :) )
