It's Fights where you're against more than one people, usually 2, sometimes 3 or even, 4 !

What people do you fight against in Special Battles

Hehe, here's a list about what people do you fight against :

• X (normal) : Spike Rosered and Blizzard Wolfgang
• Falcon X : Dark Zero and Sigma
• Gaea X : Zero and Colonel
• Blade X : Zero And Dark Zero
• Shadow X : X (normal) and Zero
• Ultimate X : Sigma and... Colonel :S
• Zero : Dark Zero and Colonel
• Dark Zero : Falcon X, Gaea X, Blade X and Shadow X... ghh... :s (still haven't won this match :p)
• Colonel : Ultimate X and Sigma
• Spike Rosered : 3 other Spike Rosered... :s
• Blizzard Wolfgang : Shadow X and Dark Zero
• Sigma : Colonel, Spike Rosered and Blizzard Wolfgang

Can i play with the colonel if i finish the special battle with all the characters ?

I don't know.. you should try :D (i think not... :( )

What's the code at the end of the game ?

It "unlocks" great Wallpapers (but you can find them in the directory of the game :p)
